Ron, Heather, Kori, Ramzi and Selah
Ron, Heather, Kori, Ramzi and Selah are seasonal part-time assistants that make up our team. Collectively they have over 25 years of experience with Computerized Income Tax Service. The team is committed to providing a high level of client satisfaction. Their tasks include adding new clients into our database, scanning client source documents into SmartVault and helping with administrative tasks.
Heather is our most seasoned employee and is responsible for training and overall office management during tax season. This past tax season marked her 9th year on the team. Her full-time job is with a local school district assisting special needs children.
Ron helps when things get really busy here by organizing client’s data, reviewing files for missing information and helps with notifying clients when additional information is needed.
Kori is a recent University of Michigan graduate and full-time teacher. As can be seen in her picture above, she is an animal lover and has several cats and dogs at home. Kori has helped us for 5 tax seasons.
Ramzi is celebrated his 5th year with us this tax season. He has previous tax preparation experience helping at a relative's tax preparation business. Ramzi is finished his undergraduate degree in accounting during this tax season.
Selah is our most recent person to join the team this year. She is a high school student with an outstanding work ethic. In addition to helping here with the back-office responsibilities, she also works part time as a server at the local country club. If that wasn’t enough, she tried out and got a part in a play in the local community theater
All are dedicated to ensuring that your tax return is completed accurately and promptly as possible.
Team Building Events
After each tax season the entire staff (and significant others) have a team building event to discuss a number of issues to help continuous improvement.
- Things that went right
- Identify areas to enhance client experience
- Process improvement
- Training for next season
- Communication
Some of our past team building events have included, working together to solve clues in an Escape Room, challenging our creative side with Painting with a Twist, and some physical eye-hand coordination competing in feather bowling. This past tax season the team had to collect clues on a road rally followed by a season recap meeting and dinner.
